ROOTS MENTORING?
ROOTS Mentoring comprises community leaders, college students, and parents working with "at-promise" youth in Fayetteville, NC and surrounding areas. Our goal is to raise youth consciousness by teaching accountability, effective communication skills, & code switching.
COLLEGE DIVISION
College students from Fayetteville State University and Methodist University serve as mentors to our youth. These mentors are able to relate to, positively influence, and provide guidance to their mentees, while emphasizing the fact that if they were able to succeed, then our youth can too.
